Copyright and use
By Purchasing my services you are buying the right to use the media I provide to you. You can only use the media in the way that was discussed and intended for. Anything I make I am free to use on any media platform. The media I make is owned by me and is under my copyright at all times. Any quote I give is subject to change based on the situation. Only the party I licensed to use the images is allowed to use them, all other parties must talk to me beforehand. images cannot be altered after delivery by anyone except myself. Credit must be given when used on any and all platforms.
Payment policy
Payment is due before delivering the media. Payment is given in Paypal, Venmo, or Cash App, but will work with the commissioner if necessary. Full payment is required before licensing is given. Reschedules with less than 24 hours are charged 10% of total agreed price and cancellations with less than 48 are 25% of total agreed price
Expectations
Media will be taken as is of location, the location must be ready for showing and with no hazards to safety. dogs must be secured before media is made unless the owner is there. Will work with owner or agent on special cases.
